Bake one 8" square cake using a Duff™ 8" Nonstick or Anodized Aluminum Pan.
Carefully slice top off cake so you have a uniformly smooth top.
Tip:Place a 1" square dowel at least 8" long on two opposite sides of the cake. Use dowels as guides for knife as you slowly slice off the top.
Flip cake over and slice off the bottom of the cake the same way. This will give your cake the appearance of white bread. Slice the cake in half, keeping the top and bottom together.
Cut cake diagonally from corner to corner. This will give you four triangular pieces.
Heat up the peanut butter so it's easier to spread and to avoid tearing the cake. Apply peanut butter and jelly on one side of the triangles. Place another triangle on top to create a half sandwich. Repeat with the remaining two pieces.
