Fondant Mini Cakes

DIRECTIONS:
  1. Bake 24-mini cakes in a Duff™ Mini Cake Pan. Let cool completely. No, I mean completely cool. Don't jump the gun!
  2. Frost a thin layer of Duff Buttercream Icing, using Duff's gel colors to get the perfect shade.
  3. Dust work surface with a thin layer of cornstarch to prevent fondant from sticking. Roll-out fondant to approximately 1/8"-1/4" thick. Use Duff Fondant Cutters to make fun shapes and then layer the shapes to create dimension.
  4. Use candies or other fun treats to make your mini cakes more dynamic.
